The business was set up by Jason Hacker, director and owner; back in 2006, Jason had worked in the building industry since leaving school in 1986, when he completed an apprenticeship. He then set up his own construction company and then in 2006, Beechvale Construction Limited was formed.

— Who We Are
Beechvale has been trading now for over 18 years and has built many, many properties ranging from small new-build houses to multimillion-pound developments. Like every business, it has had to trade through tough times financially but we are proud to say that we are still trading with a full diary of work.
We specialise in purchasing land, either with or without planning permission. We then carry out the full process of working with planning officers and planning agents to secure planning. We work with architects, engineers, building control, etc., and carry out the entire process from land purchase to selling of the completed development.
